Senator Middleton has been a member of the Maryland State Senate since 1995, chairing the senate Finance Committee since
2002. Middleton has also been a two time Chair of the Chesapeake Bay Commission. He is a member and partner of the Charles County Blue Ribbon Commission for Diversity and Intergroup Relations since its inception in 2007. The Senator holds a B.S. in Biology from Mount St. Mary’s College and served in the U.S. Army Military Intelligence. He is the owner and operator of Cedar Hill Farm.
