Erin MacGregor is a Dietitian and Professional Home Economist. She works as a clinician at a large teaching hospital and as the co-owner of How to Eat, a food and nutrition communications team, based in Toronto. Through her work in media and as food communicator, Erin encourages consumers to relax about their food choices, to cook more often at home and to enjoy a healthful and happy relationship with food. Erin writes and speaks about topics including agriculture, biotechnology and food marketing with the goal of helping Canadians understand where their food comes from, so they can make food choices based on facts, not fear.
