Rebecca has been the Executive Director of the Canadian Horticultural Council since 2016. Prior to that she spent six years as Technical Director of the North American Plant Protection Organization working very closely with government, research and industry representatives from Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Dr. Lee holds a PhD in Social Science and Ecological Agriculture from Wageningen University in The Netherlands.
