Consistently reported as the most important meeting of the year by attendees, the Legislative Agriculture Charis Summit willhave the agricultural and rural legislative leadership from numerous states and Canadian provinces from across North America and U.S. territories.  SARL provides all on-site expenses for legislators, and travel scholarships are available for those from states without travel budgets.

Summit sponsors are invited to participate in the event and the number of attendees is based on the sponsorship level. There is no industry attendance beyond sponsors so that attendance is limited, and one-on-one contact between our sponsors and legislators is maximized.  Our sponsors must find the Summit rewarding given the 98% return rate.

Sponsors are recognized on SARL’s website, in all Summit program materials and in other ways throughout the event. Additionally, sponsors are invited to provide input to the program, speakers and site tour opportunities. Sponsor attendees have many opportunities throughout the event for personal conversations with legislators and industry counterparts.

Sponsorships are critical to the Summit’s success, allowing more legislative leaders to participate. We want to ensure legislators can attend regardless of their limited or nonexistent travel budgets. Additionally, SARL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization so sponsorships are tax-deductible for U.S. business sponsors.

For more information on being a sponsor, please contact SARL Executive Director Kay Johnson Smith at Kay@SARL.us or by phone at (703)346-2953.
