Chris Henney joined the Ohio AgriBusiness Association in 2011 as the president and chief executive officer. OABA is a membership-based state trade association that can trace its history to 1880. Prior to joining OABA, Mr. Henney held several positions at the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, most recently as the director of legislative relations.
Mike Naig grew up on a farm near Cylinder, Iowa, in the northwest corner of the state. He is a graduate of Buena Vista University in Storm Lake with degrees in biology and political science. He has spent his entire career working in agriculture, having served in public policy roles for state and national agribusiness trade associations as well as in private industry.
Ann Swanson has served as a leader in the Chesapeake Bay restoration for nearly 30 years, the last 26 as the executive director of the Chesapeake Bay Commission, a tri-state legislative authority serving the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. It is the commission’s responsibility to sponsor legislation at the state level and to work with state legislators, members of the U.S.
